John Levy
John has a Master’s Degree in urban and Regional Planning, fifteen years of real estate management and multi-unit ownership. He was designated top residential sales agent every year since 1996. Jennifer Toomer
Jennifer has been working in real estate sales and property management since 1998. A nationally renowned collegiate distance runner, this mother of three knows what it means to go the extra mile for her clients. Jennifer’s B.S. in Psychology & Speech Communication has helped her in explaining terms and concepts to first time home buyers as well as working with seasoned investors. Jennifer has sold properties ranging from $64,000 to $1,800,000 and relishes the challenges of working with buyers and sellers in all ranges.
Steve LaRosa
Steve has worked full-time in the real estate industry since 1997. His relentless work ethic helps him persevere through the countless hurdles and challenges involved in every transaction. A self-described “detail oriented person”, Steve works from beginning to end to ensure all details are complete to facilitate a smooth closing. Growing up in a small Wisconsin town makes Steve particularly sensitive to the needs of people relocating to Alaska. An avid hunter and fisherman, Steve spends his days off with the girls at his favorite trout or salmon stream.
